"I need a developer who can move fast and deliver a polished hybrid mobile application that runs smoothly on iOS first, with the codebase structured so it can be compiled for Android later. We need both Android & iOS. The core screens and logic are already sketched out; what’s missing is the hands-on build, integration of backend, and preparation for App Store submission.

Here is the scope:-

1) Customer App Functional Flow:-

Login / Registration
Customer logs in or registers with basic details.
New Quote Inquiry
Customer fills and submits a new quote inquiry form.
Inquiry is sent to the Admin (backend system).
My Quotes
Customer can view a list of all submitted quotes.
Each quote displays its status (e.g., Pending, In Review, Approved, Completed).
Status updates are managed by the Admin from the backend.
Promotions & Offers
Customer can access promotional banners and offer images posted by the Admin.
Chat with Admin
Customer can initiate a one-to-one chat with Admin or Sub-Admins.
Features:
Text messaging.
Image sharing.
Customer cannot create groups, only direct chats.


2) Staff Member App Functional Flow:-

Login
Staff member logs in with credentials.
Access is granted/controlled by Admin.
Chat with Admin
Staff can chat only with Admins.
Features:
One-to-one chat with Admins.
Text messaging.
Image sharing.
Group Chat (Admin Controlled)
Staff cannot create groups.
Admin can create groups from the backend and add staff members.
Staff can participate in assigned group chats but cannot add/remove members.


3) Admin (Back-End Functional Flow):-

Manage Quotes
Receive all customer quote inquiries.
Update statuses (Pending, Approved, Completed, etc.).
Manage Promotions
Upload and update promotional banners and offer images.
Manage Users
Create, manage, and control staff member access.
Assign staff to group chats as required.
Chat Management
One-to-one chat with customers and staff.
Create and manage staff groups for internal communication.


You’re free to choose the framework—Flutter, React Native, or another modern hybrid stack—as long as the final IPA passes Apple’s review and the code remains readable for future Android expansion. I will supply brand assets, and a PSD prototype the moment we start.
