I’m seeking a reliable and experienced Progressive Web App (PWA) developer to build a basic but functional MVP for a confidential mobile app idea.

Scope (Pre-NDA Summary):
This is a mobile-first PWA, designed for use on both Android and iOS browsers. The MVP should include:

A clean, responsive web layout

Manual user input (basic text/number fields)

Simple math-based calculations

QR code generation based on inputs

Local data storage (e.g. localStorage or similar)

Ability to generate a dynamic link or shareable output

No backend or login/authentication required at this stage

Light UI polish — it should feel clean, modern, and mobile-optimized

Onboarding flow (simple, guided steps)

You do not need to integrate with payment APIs in this first version — only generate links or codes using user-provided values.
