"I want to commission a modern voice assistant that speaks and understands both Hindi and English, answers with the right mix of emotion and practicality, and is genuinely useful to a new-generation audience. Accuracy is critical, so the speech-to-text, natural-language understanding, and response generation layers all need to lean on AI models that consistently deliver reliable answers.

Core tasks the assistant must handle are straightforward:

• Set reminders and alarms
• Search the web and answer questions in-line
• Control smart-home devices over standard protocols

The user experience should feel polished and professional. I need one consistent interface that adapts gracefully across Android phones, iPhones/iPads, and Windows laptops/desktops. Users should be able to switch seamlessly between voice and text, and the app must detect when earphones are connected so responses automatically route through the correct output (voice through buds or on-screen text when preferred).

Additional must-haves
– Clean, responsive UI that looks native on each platform while sharing a common design language
– Emotional TTS voices with fallback to concise text replies when the user chooses mute mode
– Hot-word or tap-to-talk activation, plus a visible transcript for transparency
– Well-structured codebase, build instructions, and brief documentation that let me extend intents or slot in new languages later

Deliverables are the compiled apps for Android, iOS, and Windows along with source code, a README explaining setup, and a short demo video proving the three core tasks work end-to-end.
