Project description:
"1. Overview
We are seeking an experienced development team or individual to build a mobile-first real estate investment application. The app will be available on iOS and Android, with a strong emphasis on user experience, clean design, secure data handling, and scalable architecture.

We will provide detailed mockups of all screens (wireframes + high-fidelity designs) to guide development.

The app will have multiple user roles (Investor, Seller/Developer, Admin) and include features such as onboarding, property listings, dashboards, AI-enhanced recommendations, and user interactions.


2. Objectives
Build a native-quality mobile app (we prefer React Native).
Implement a modern, intuitive, and engaging UI based on provided mockups.
Integrate AI-driven features (recommendations, chat assistant, projections).
Deliver a functional MVP including all listed features, with flexibility to discuss timeline adjustments if some must be deferred.
Include both frontend and backend development (database, API, admin).
Guarantee secure handling of sensitive data at every stage.


3. Key Features & Screens
Investor Role
Onboarding wizard with guided steps and demo data.
Dashboard with portfolio overview, projections, and saved/owned/recommended properties.
Property search and filters (location, type, budget, ROI).
Property details (description, features, documents, builder info).
Saved properties list.
AI Assistant integration (chat-like recommendations, projections, suggestions).
Seller / Developer Role
Dashboard with listed properties, leads, and performance metrics.
Property upload wizard (multi-step form for details, images, documents, availability).
Documentation progress bar with gamification (verification levels, badges).
Performance metrics per property (views, saves, chats).
Shared Features
User authentication (email, Google/Apple sign-in).
Notifications (new listings, property updates, chat messages).
Chat system (buyer-seller communication, AI assistant).
Profile settings.
Onboarding slides (safe buying, designed for everyone, AI features).


4. Technical Requirements
Frontend: React Native (preferred).
Backend: To be developed as part of this project (suggest technology stack in your proposal).
Hosting: AWS (preferred).
Database & File Storage: Must support secure storage of user data and property documents (e.g., S3 or equivalent).
Encryption: All data in transit and at rest must be encrypted.
UI Kit: Must follow provided mockups (Figma / exported components).
Architecture: Modular, scalable, mobile-first, clean code practices.
Deployment: Support setup for both App Store and Google Play, backend on AWS.
User Scale: Expected 10,000–20,000 monthly active users in this initial stage (not concurrent).


5. AI Requirements
Initial integration with an OpenAI agent (or alternative if recommended).
MVP scope:
Answer user questions using our property inventory.
Recommend properties based on user interactions.
Provide insights using curated news and additional data sources we supply.
Future scope (beyond MVP): Enhanced AI with financial projections and deeper personalization.


6. Deliverables
Fully functional MVP app aligned with provided designs.
Backend services, database, and admin functionalities.
Source code in a private repository (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
Documentation for setup, deployment, and maintenance.
Basic testing (unit + integration).
Secure handling of sensitive data and documents.
Full project handoff.


7. Support & Maintenance
Handoff at the end of MVP development.
Light maintenance for 3 months post-launch (bug fixes only).
Future enhancements and scaling to be negotiated as a separate project.


8. Ownership & Intellectual Property
100% of intellectual property rights will belong to us as the client.
All code, assets, and documentation must be transferred at project completion.


9. Evaluation Criteria
Proven experience in mobile app development (Ideally with React Native).
Portfolio of similar multi-role or marketplace-style apps.
Experience integrating AI/ML features (chat, recommendations) is a plus.
Ability to work with provided mockups and strict UI guidelines.
Clear communication, timeline management, and ability to deliver an MVP.
Mandatory: Must provide links to live applications in the App Store and/or Google Play that you or your team have developed.


10. Project Timeline
MVP delivery target: 8–12 weeks (flexible depending on scope agreement).
Milestone-based payments (to be agreed).


11. What We Provide
