"I have a production Flutter app that embeds YouTube videos. On a subset of real-world devices—both Android and iOS—instead of starting the video the player shows a generic playback-issue error message. The same videos work perfectly on other devices, so the bug is device-specific rather than content-related.

I need you to trace and eliminate whatever is triggering this error so every user can watch without interruption. Feel free to use logging, platform-specific debugging, or tweaks to the YouTube player package: I just need a solid, reproducible fix that ships cleanly through both stores.

While you are in the codebase, please also add a visible loading indicator that appears the moment a user taps “Add Channel” and disappears only when the channel is fully registered. The goal is to make the process feel responsive and avoid confusion during slower network calls.
