"I’m ready to give my current website a fresh start on Shopify with one clear goal: lift sales. To get there, I need a new storefront built around an AI-driven search and merchandising experience that quickly surfaces the right products and guides shoppers toward checkout. The product will be one gin, added gift options and merchandise sales.

The heart of the project is navigation. I want a simple, intuitive structure—nothing cluttered or multi-layered—so visitors immediately understand where to click next. Menus, filters, collections, and on-page links should all work together seamlessly across desktop and mobile.

You’ll take the lead on:
• Selecting or custom-coding a fast, lightweight Shopify 2.0 theme that supports advanced search functionality
• Implementing an AI search or product-recommendation app (e.g., Searchanise, Klevu, Algolia) and configuring it so results feel personal and relevant
• Re-architecting collections, tags, and meta-fields to feed that search engine clean, structured data
• Streamlining the main menu and on-page routes into a logical flow that shortens the path to purchase
• Testing speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall UX to be sure the new setup outperforms the old one

For acceptance, I’ll be measuring time-to-product (how fast users find an item), page-load speed, and—of course—early conversion lifts once we flip the switch.
