"My site is already live, but it still feels a step behind the times. I want to give it a polished, modern face-lift that speaks to women as confidently as it does to men, while weaving in several key upgrades.

The main focus is rolling out new features, with in-page video the top priority. I need the videos to stream smoothly on desktop and mobile without slowing the page down or breaking the design.

Alongside that, I’d like you to:

• Refine the overall visual style so it feels contemporary, welcoming, and unmistakably on brand.
• Simplify the navigation so visitors reach products and information in fewer clicks.
• Embed an email system (your suggestion of Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar is welcome) for automated newsletters and opt-in forms.
• Link PayPal cleanly into the existing checkout so the purchase flow is frictionless.
• Make sure every enhancement looks great and loads quickly on all major browsers and devices.
