"Project Brief – FiEox Career Platform (Full Roadmap + MVP Scope)
Context

FiEox is an AI-powered career platform bridging job seekers, recruiters, and institutions. Unlike single-purpose resume builders, FiEox provides an end-to-end career loop: resume building, ATS optimization, job tracking, recruiter dashboards, and institutional insights.

We expect admin analytics + social media engagement integration to be part of the MVP (MVR) for marketing + growth autopilot (SEO, monitoring, AI-driven marketing).

This will be developed in 4 Phases, but the MVP (MVR) = Phase 1 + Phase 2 only.

Phase 1 – Foundation (Core MVP)

Goal: Launch the core seeker loop.
Features:
Resume Builder – Upload (PDF/DOCX/Image/Screenshot) or create resume → parse into structured profile (Supabase + pgvector).
ATS Optimization (Basic) – AI rewrites resume into ATS-friendly format.
Job Tracker (v1) – Kanban board for job applications (Saved → Applied → Interview → Offer → Hired).
Authentication & Roles – Supabase Auth (Job Seeker, Recruiter [placeholder], Admin).
AI Profile Photos – Generate professional AI headshots.
Payments (v1) – Razorpay (INR) + Stripe (global).
Interview Lab (record + Whisper transcript + AI feedback)
Advanced Analytics Dashboard – Org/recruiter/college/individual level insights.

Phase 2 – Intelligence & Recruiter Tools

Goal: Add personalization intelligence + recruiter entry point.

Job Description Parsing – Extract skills/keywords from JDs.
Resume Tailoring (ARE Engine) – Generate ATS, Human, Hybrid resume variants.
Cover Letter & Intro Generator – One-click JD-based content.
Skill Gap Analyzer – Compare JD vs resume → missing skills.
Recruiter Dashboard (v1) – Post jobs, candidate list with AI Fit Score.
Recruiter Apply Orchestration – Bulk upload + candidate invites.
College Dashboard (v1) – Bulk CSV upload of resumes → ATS reports.
AI Interview Assistant – (reference: [login to view URL]).
AI Detector – Detect AI screen readers/scanners running.
Ecosystem Integrations – LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed (where legally allowed).

Phase 1 + Phase 2 together = MVP (Minimum Viable Release).

Phase 3 – Super Layer (Stage 1 Expansion)

Networking, AI video intros, Interview Lab v2(record + Whisper transcript + AI feedback), recruiter v2 dashboards, college pipeline v2, and learning integrations (Udemy, Coursera, etc.).

Phase 4 – Ecosystem & Marketplace (Stage 2 Expansion)

Ecosystem integrations, recruiter orchestration v2, template marketplace, AI media credits, recruiter premium dashboards, peer referrals, enterprise ATS connectors, and anonymized skill-gap monetization.

Tech Stack – Open for Discussion

Expectations: Scalable, cost-optimized architecture until scaling beyond MVP.

AI Platform: Should be solo-operation friendly (low maintenance).

Cloud: Preference for Supabase + pgvector for profile storage, but open to recommendations.

MVP (Phase 1 + 2) delivery = Non-Negotiable (fast deployment required).

Budget & Bonus

Long-term project (with future tech support contract – not included in this scope).

Milestone-driven payments only.
