"We are seeking an experienced PerfexCRM developer or customization specialist to enhance our existing PerfexCRM installation. Currently, our CRM is configured to manage data for a single company across all modules. We require modifications to allow for the input and management of data for multiple companies within specific modules.

Scope of Work:

The primary goal is to enable multi-company data input and segregation within the PerfexCRM system. This will involve, but may not be limited to, the following areas:

Sales Module Enhancement:

Currently, all sub-modules within the Sales module (e.g., Leads, Opportunities, Customers, Invoices, Estimates) only allow data entry for one company.

We need to modify these sub-modules to enable users to select or associate data with specific, multiple companies. This means when adding a lead, opportunity, customer, invoice, or estimate, there should be an option to designate which company it belongs to.

Data segregation is crucial: users should only see and interact with data relevant to the company they have selected or are authorized to view.

Expenses Module Enhancement:

Similar to the Sales module, the Expenses module currently only allows the tracking of expenses for a single company.

We require the ability to associate expenses with multiple companies, enabling a clear distinction of expenditures per entity.

Reports Module Enhancement:

The Reports module needs to be updated to generate reports based on the multi-company data.

This includes filtering and generating reports for specific companies within the Sales and Expenses modules, ensuring that financial and sales performance can be analyzed on a per-company basis.

Technical Requirements:

Proven experience with PerfexCRM customization and development.

Strong understanding of PerfexCRM's database structure and API.

Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies used by PerfexCRM.

Ability to implement robust and scalable solutions that maintain data integrity and system performance.

Experience with creating custom fields, modules, or modifying existing ones within PerfexCRM.

Deliverables:

A fully functional PerfexCRM system with multi-company data management capabilities in the specified modules.

Clear documentation of changes made and instructions for use.

Thorough testing to ensure all functionalities work as expected and data is correctly segregated.
