"I'm looking for a skilled developer to create an HTML app that interacts with an MS SQL database via API. This app is for a pool league (billiards) scorekeeping system, and will be used to track user information and various game statistics.

The app should allow for:
- Tracking of individual player scores, team scores, and game win/loss records

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and SQL
- Experience building APIs

**** I have already created everything for this and have it working 90%. I can NOT get the API to connect. I am running IIS on Windows Server 2019, and MS SQL Standard on the same server. I already have all the data in an Excel workbook with several formulas in place to do various stats calculations. The IIS part seems to work properly. Need help to finish this. I am able to provide remote access and screen sharing.
