"I have two live WordPress sites that need to be moved from their current, unidentified hosting provider to my new host. I already hold full access to the new account, but I do not yet have credentials for the existing server and I am unsure whether usable backups exist.

Here is what I need from you:
• Securely obtain or generate complete backups (database, files, and media) of both sites. If direct panel or SSH access to the old host cannot be obtained, please propose alternative extraction methods such as cPanel remote backup, plugin-based cloning (e.g., Duplicator, All-in-One WP Migration), or manual FTP/MySQL exports.
• Restore each site on the new host so they load exactly as before, including SSL, permalinks, and any custom configurations.
• Point the domains to the new server only after you and I have confirmed everything is functioning in a temporary staging or hosts-file preview.

No content or SEO equity can be lost during the transition, and downtime must be kept under 30 minutes. If additional plugins, server settings, or one-click staging areas are required, let me know in advance so I can approve them.
