"Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced WordPress developer (or development agency) to build our new marketing website.

- All design assets (Figma) will be provided by our in-house design team.
- We need a developer to handle the front-end build, CMS setup, and back-end development.
- The site must be SEO-friendly, modular, and high-performance to support inbound marketing and lead generation.


Scope of Work:
- Develop a custom WordPress site (block-based theme preferred, no heavy page builder).
- Build a modular, component-driven architecture: hero sections, feature grids, testimonials, CTAs, case studies, blog layouts, FAQs with schema.

- Ensure the website is responsive, mobile-first, and optimized for Core Web Vitals.
- Implement SEO best practices: clean URLs, schema markup, sitemaps, redirects.
- Integrate with HubSpot (forms/CRM), Google Tag Manager, GA4, LinkedIn Pixel, and other marketing tools.
- Provide staging environment and support QA/testing across devices and browsers.
- Deliver documentation and training for our marketing team to manage and create content.


Requirements:
- Proven experience developing custom WordPress sites (please share portfolio links).
- Strong understanding of SEO optimization, performance tuning, and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience creating modular blocks or reusable components in WordPress.
- Ability to collaborate with an in-house design/marketing team.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, GA4, and marketing integrations a plus.


Deliverables:
- Fully functional, tested, and launched WordPress site.
- Library of reusable blocks/modules with clear documentation.
- Admin guide for non-technical team members to update content.
- Post-launch technical support (optional but preferred).


Timeline:
