Project description:
"I need an application that lets prospective moving clients compile a detailed household inventory from either a link we text them or directly on our website. The same experience must run smoothly in any browser and inside native iOS and Android apps.

Core flow
• A visitor starts by completing a short form that pushes their contact details straight into our CRM (we already have the endpoint ready).
• From there the app activates the phone’s camera so the user can photograph each item. An AI routine should read each image and return an estimated weight and cubic volume.
• Users can pick which items to keep or discard, and they can organise everything into custom rooms (e.g., “Living Room – sofa, TV, coffee table” or “Main Bedroom – king bed, 2 nightstands, TV”).
• When the client is happy, the full inventory—plus individual item dimensions, selected photos and AI estimates—must be sent to our moving software through the SmartMoving API.

Alternate input
Some customers prefer typing, so alongside the camera flow I also need a dynamic form built around dropdown menus where they can add items manually. (If later we want to enable text inputs or check-boxes I’d like the architecture flexible enough to allow it.)

Key deliverables
• Cross-platform web interface and companion iOS & Android apps (React, Flutter or a similar unified codebase are fine; open to suggestions).
• CRM webhook integration for the lead form.
• AI model or third-party vision service that returns weight and volume estimates from photos.
• Room-based inventory builder with add/remove and reorder functions.
• SmartMoving API push with error handling and logging.
• Admin view to map new furniture types, update dropdown values and review submitted inventories.
