"I have an app already built by a freelancer that provides mental health support through a chatbot and learning modules. The app has already been submitted to the App Store, but it was flagged with two outstanding issues and the developer:

Apple:
-In-app purchase integration (still required).
-References for health information (this issue now appears to be resolved).

Android:
--Optimise Android build to resolve size limit issues

Unfortunately, the freelancer has since become unavailable. I’m seeking a developer to take over the project, complete the remaining requirements, update the chatbot integration, improve the admin panel, and ensure successful launch on both iOS and Android.

Current Status
Core app is built and functional (chatbot + learning modules).
Already submitted to Apple App Store, pending required updates.
Android build exists but has size issues preventing Play Store release.
Admin panel exists but requires improvements for usability and functionality.
Chatbot currently uses OpenAI Assistants API, which is being phased out.

In-App Payments
Finalise integration of subscription/payment flows for both iOS and Android (Apple IAP + Google Play Billing).

Chatbot Migration
Update chatbot backend from OpenAI Assistants API → Chat Completions API (GPT-4o or GPT-5).
Ensure reliable, responsive conversation flow.

Admin Panel Work
Review and improve existing admin panel.
Add/adjust functions for user management, content updates, analytics, and chatbot settings (as required).

Testing & QA
Test app across multiple devices (iOS and Android).
