Recreate the attached “Monthly Donation Pledge Form” digitally.

Fields: Donor information, pledge amount, start date, payment method, optional dedication, digital signature.

Auto-send confirmation email to donor with receipt.

2. QR Code Integration
Generate a QR code that links directly to the donation form.

Mobile-friendly, fast-loading landing page.

3. Monthly Payment Processing
