We are seeking a Freelance Business Development Executive with a strong background in cold calling and international lead generation to join our team and help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential international clients through various channels (LinkedIn, directories, online platforms, etc.).

Cold call prospects outside India to introduce our services and generate interest.

Schedule appointments and demos for our technical team.

Maintain a database of leads and track follow-ups using CRM tools.

Work closely with the internal sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies.

Drive qualified leads to closure, earning commission on every successful deal.

Requirements:

Proven experience in international cold calling and lead generation.

Strong communication skills with fluent English (verbal and written).

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Familiarity with IT services such as web development, cloud computing, and CRM solutions is a plus.

Comfortable working on a commission-based earning model.

Earnings:

Commission-based only – High commission per lead closed.

Example: If you bring in a client for a $5,000 project, you earn a percentage of that deal.
