"I’m ready to move several processes away from loose spreadsheets and legacy Oracle tables into a single, browser-based application that can live comfortably on a low-cost cloud platform (AWS, Azure or similar). The core need is a responsive website / web application that lets my team input, update and report on data currently stored in Oracle.

Along the way I also want the existing Oracle data migrated to a modern, lighter-weight RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL or anything you recommend), and I’d like a basic analytics layer so users can run quick summaries and trend views without exporting to Excel every time.

To keep everything clear, here’s what I’ll review on delivery:
• A working, responsive web app deployed to a test cloud instance I can access.
• Migration scripts or tools that pull the current Oracle data into the new database with full integrity checks.
• Built-in dashboards or reports that let the user filter, sort and visualise key figures directly in the app.
