Project description:
"I have an existing mobile puzzle game that’s mechanically solid but visually dated. I want to breathe new life into it with a fresh, cartoon-style reskin applied end-to-end.

Scope of work
• Characters: redraw every playable and non-playable character with bright, expressive cartoon traits and proper sprite sheets for idle, move, win and lose animations.
• UI / UX: replace menus, buttons, pop-ups and icons so the whole flow feels playful yet clear on both phones and tablets.
• Backgrounds: create new level backdrops, loading screens and a polished splash screen that stay consistent with the new art direction.
• Mechanics & animation polish: adjust particle effects, transition tweens and small interaction sounds to match the updated visuals. Code changes are light—mostly swapping assets and tweaking animation curves inside Unity.

Technical notes
– The project is built in Unity 2021 LTS; importing assets through the standard SRP pipeline will keep it straightforward.
– All assets need to be delivered as layered PSDs (for future editing) plus ready-to-use PNG atlases. Animator controllers or Spine files are fine for cut-scene-like motions.
– Please test the integration on at least one Android and one iOS build to confirm everything scales correctly and no sprites or fonts clip.

Acceptance criteria
1. All visual elements replaced with consistent, high-resolution cartoon artwork.
2. Game opens and plays through every level without art or animation glitches.
3. Final Unity project folder compiles to both platforms with zero console errors and size kept within current limits.

Once approved, I’ll submit the reskinned build to the stores, so a short hand-over session or concise setup notes will be appreciated." (client-provided description)
