"I’m looking for a straightforward Windows desktop application written in C# that handles the full leave-request workflow. Employees should be able to open the program, submit a request, and have it land immediately in HR’s approval queue. HR then reviews, approves or rejects, and the decision is reflected back to the employee.

To make daily use painless, the build needs three specific extras:

• Email notifications automatically sent when a request is submitted, approved, or rejected
• A calendar view that shows all pending and approved leave in a single glance
• A simple admin screen where I can add, rename, or delete leave types without touching the code

A clean WinForms or WPF interface is fine—whichever you’re more comfortable maintaining. Please include all source code, a compiled executable, and a short setup guide so I can drop the solution onto our Windows 10 PCs with minimal fuss.
