Project description:
"I need an appointments page that automatically reminds clients through SMS, WhatsApp and email. When a new booking is created in my existing booking system the page should pull the record, format a message that includes the appointment date-time, location details and my contact information, then dispatch it on the three channels.

Please hook straight into the booking system’s API/webhooks so that everything runs hands-free once a slot is confirmed, modified or cancelled. For messaging you’re free to work with services such as WhatsApp Business API ,SMS API and any reputable email provider, as long as delivery and basic analytics (sent/failed) are exposed.

Deliverables
• Stand-alone appointments reminder page or micro-service with clean UI for manual resend/cancel
• Secure connection to the booking system (API key or OAuth, depending on what you prefer)
• Templated messages that insert date, time, location and contact fields dynamically
• Channel logic that falls back to email if SMS or WhatsApp fail
• Basic log/dashboard showing status per reminder sent

Acceptance Criteria
1. Creating, updating or cancelling an appointment in the booking system triggers the correct outbound messages within one minute.
2. Messages show the right placeholders (date, time, location, contact) for every test case.
3. Success/failed status is recorded and visible in the dashboard.
4. Code, environment variables and a short README are provided so I can deploy it quickly on my server or a cloud function.
