Shoppers must be able to pick colours and sizes, add personalised text or images, and even tweak the overall design right in the browser. At the same time, those who already have artwork should be free to upload their own files, so the flow needs to support both in-browser editing and traditional file upload without friction.

The storefront itself should feel as fast as a native app, leveraging [login to view URL] SSR for SEO while keeping the UI snappy with client-side React hooks and context. TypeScript is non-negotiable for reliability and long-term maintainability.

Core scope
• Develop a reusable, strongly-typed product configurator component that handles colour/size matrices, text overlays, and user-supplied images.
• Integrate a browser-based editor ([login to view URL], Konva, or a comparable library is fine) alongside an upload option, switching seamlessly between the two.
• Persist customisation data through the cart and checkout steps and expose it cleanly to the order-management API.

• Optimise for Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals; server-side render where it matters and lazy-load heavy editing assets.

1. A user can fully customise a demo product in the browser, add it to the cart, and complete checkout with the custom data visible in the final order JSON.
2. Uploaded artwork and in-browser designs generate identical preview thumbnails.
3. PageSpeed Insights scores 90+ on desktop and mobile for the product page.
4. Codebase passes `tsc --noEmit` with zero errors and is lint-clean.
