I am looking for an experienced mobile app developer who can create and publish surrogate apps on the Google Play Store, and also assist with Google Ads promotion.

The apps will be in the gaming/entertainment category, with features like account registration, bonus offers, and smooth navigation. These surrogate apps will act as alternative access points to main platforms. After development, I will also need help with running Google Ads campaigns to drive installs and users.

Tasks:
• Develop Android surrogate apps (iOS knowledge is a plus).
• Add features such as login, wallet/payment, notifications, and promotional banners.
• Ensure apps meet Play Store guidelines for publishing.
• Assist in setting up and running Google Ads App Campaigns.

Requirements:
• Strong background in Android development (Kotlin, Java, or Flutter).
