"I’m launching an online showcase dedicated exclusively to residential properties for sale and need a polished, responsive website that lets visitors quickly find what they’re looking for, view rich photo galleries, and reach out to me without any account-creation hurdles.

Core functionality
• Property search & filter – think location, price range, bedrooms, and any other standard residential criteria you typically configure.
• Photo gallery – each listing should support multiple high-resolution images with an intuitive lightbox or slider for easy viewing on mobile and desktop.
• Contact form – a simple, secure form that delivers inquiries straight to my inbox (reCAPTCHA or similar spam protection is a plus).

User flow
Visitors land on the homepage, search or filter listings, browse photos within each property, and send a message through the form—no registration required at any point.

Management needs
I’d like a straightforward way to add, edit, and remove listings myself. Whether you build this with WordPress (Elementor, Divi, or custom theme) or a lightweight custom CMS, I’m open, as long as the admin side is intuitive and doesn’t require coding every time I upload a new property.

Look & feel
Clean, modern, mobile-first design with fast load times and basic on-page SEO best practices baked in (alt tags, meta fields for listings, etc.).

– Admin interface and brief hand-off guide (video or PDF) showing how to manage properties
