"I use Apple Numbers on iPhone and iPad to collect client impressions and I want a clean, fully Arabic set-up for this purpose. The task is to design one or more feedback forms inside a .numbers workbook, laid out right-to-left and ready for immediate use.

The form should let me enter ratings, optional multiple-choice answers, and free-text comments. Every label, placeholder, and help note appears in modern standard Arabic; there’s no need for an English version. I also want the sheet behind the form to organise the incoming responses so I can filter or create simple charts later.

Deliverables
• A .numbers file containing the Arabic feedback form(s)
• Any light data-validation or drop-down lists needed to keep entries tidy
• Brief inline notes (or a separate page) showing me where to edit choices or texts in the future
