Development and Enhancement of the Youth Employability Zone (YEZ) Digital Platform

Assignment Description:
The REALISE Project invites qualified software development consultants or firms to upgrade and further develop the Youth Employability Zone (YEZ) platform ([login to view URL]). YEZ is a comprehensive digital platform designed to connect Liberian youth (ages 15–35) with job opportunities, training programs, scholarships, and career development resources.

Scope of Work:

Conduct a technical audit of the existing YEZ platform.

Design and implement new features, including but not limited to: user registration & profiles, advanced job and scholarship search, e-learning modules, discussion forums, employer dashboards, admin panel, and secure payment integration.

Upgrade the user interface for mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and youth-friendly experience.

Strengthen backend security, performance, and scalability (PHP/MySQL stack).

Ensure integration with relevant partner systems and provide technical documentation.

Support user acceptance testing and provide post-launch technical support.

Key Deliverables:

Upgraded and fully functional YEZ platform

Source code and technical documentation

User and admin training materials

Handover and support plan

Required Experience:

Proven track record in developing and deploying job boards, e-learning, or opportunity platforms

Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and responsive UI/UX design

Experience working with youth or social impact digital products is an asset
