"Job Posting: Web Director Candidate (Remote / Freelance/Native Japanese)

About Us
We are a Japan-based company specializing in web production and development. Our team already includes experienced coders and designers, but we are currently looking for someone to fill a key role as a Web Director (candidate).

Role Overview
You will serve as the bridge between our clients and our production team. Your main responsibility will be to handle the initial client hearing and documentation stage. We will take care of design, coding, and launch on our end — so you do not need to worry about project management or deployment.

What You’ll Do

1. Join a 30–60 min online meeting with our client for project hearing.
2. Confirm and organize the client’s requests.
3. Summarize and deliver the requirements as a specification document (production request sheet).

Compensation

* From ¥5,000 per project (\~USD 35–40)
* Continuous / long-term work available for the right person.

Who We’re Looking For

* Someone who can listen carefully and identify client needs.
* A person who values honest and clear communication.
* Basic understanding of web production (wireframes, specifications).

Nice-to-Have Skills / Experience

* Experience as a web director at an agency or freelance.
* Knowledge of web design or coding (not required, but helpful).
* Someone aiming to become an independent web director.
* People with technical knowledge looking for a way to apply it.
* Suitable also for side jobs (副業).
