"I need a tailored order-management system that mirrors the way my factory actually works. The software must let me create and track two very different order flows.

Single orders arrive with a full breakdown of sizes right away, so the system should record each size, follow it through production and mark it as dispatched once it leaves the warehouse. Sauda orders are agreed first on a fixed weight and price; later the customer provides the size split. When that split is entered, the corresponding weight must decrement from the deal balance until the entire commitment is shipped.

Two user roles are essential:
• Admin – full control over settings, pricing, weight balances and reports.
• Warehouse Staff – day-to-day access to view orders, enter packed quantities and confirm dispatch.

Core features I rely on:
• Real-time order tracking that shows current status, pending actions and any partial shipments.
• Built-in reporting and analytics so I can pull daily production summaries, weight-versus-size fulfilment reports and customer history without exporting to Excel.

The UI should stay simple enough for shop-floor use yet allow me, as Admin, to audit every change. I am open to the tech stack you propose as long as it is web-based and can scale with growing order volume.
