"I need a cross-platform mobile application (iOS and Android) that lets every signed-in user appear on a live map the moment they open the app. Their pin should stay in real time. Each user has a profile that holds a photo, their name, a short bio or list of interests, and optional details such as language, gender or anything else they choose to reveal.

Inside the app, conversations sit in threaded form so replies never get lost. Messages must be stored securely and load instantly, much like Instagram does behind the scenes.

for certain functions, I will push micro-surveys—single or multi-question pop-ups that users can answer in seconds. I’d like those responses logged so I can view simple analytics in a web dashboard.

On top of that, the app should track behaviour patterns (pages visited, time of day activity, location trends) and run a lightweight AI model to surface feedback or suggestions to the user—for example, “You’re usually active downtown at 6 pm; want to meet others nearby?” A Python micro-service or a cloud Function tied into something like AWS Comprehend or Google Vertex AI is fine, as long as the insights feel personal and respect privacy rules.

Core deliverables:
• A React Native or Flutter codebase compiled for both platforms, fully documented
• Real-time mapping with Google Maps or Mapbox, including dynamic user pins
• Secure sign-up / login (email, Google at minimum)
• Profile editor with image upload and optional fields mentioned above
