"I need an experienced frontend developer to build the user interface for a customer self-care mobile app for an Internet Service Provider (ISP). The app will be built on React Native, and I have a fully developed backend ready to be integrated. The primary goal is to provide a seamless and intuitive experience for customers to manage their services.
Key Features to Develop:
• Secure Login: A login page where subscribers enter an OTP generated from the web application.
• Main Dashboard: A main page that displays the subscriber's balance, personal information (name, email, phone), and includes an input field for voucher recharging.
• Subscription Details: A section to show the current subscription details, including remaining quota, package name, and expiration date.
• Subscription Management: Buttons to easily renew the current subscription or order a new one.
• Packages Page: A page to display all available packages, allowing users to select a new one for their next subscription.
• Multi-Account Support: A feature that allows subscribers to easily switch between multiple accounts.
• Support Tickets: A dedicated page where subscribers can open new support tickets (text-only, not real-time chat).
• Transaction Log: A comprehensive log to show all subscription and balance transactions.
• Notifications: A system to display notifications from the backend, including marketing announcements and system messages.
Responsibilities:
• Develop a beautiful and functional user interface based on the provided design mockups.
• Integrate the app's frontend with our existing RESTful API, which handles all customer data and transactions.
• Ensure the application is highly performant and responsive on both iOS and Android devices.
• Collaborate with me to handle any required API changes or adjustments.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience as a frontend developer, with a strong portfolio of mobile apps, preferably for e-commerce, banking, or utility companies.
• Proficiency in React Native.
• Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs and handling data.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
