"I’m moving a PHP-driven web application forward while also keeping several Linux and Windows servers running smoothly. Most of the front end is written in HTML5, CSS3 and a touch of Ajax; the back end relies on PHP, MySQL and some lightweight animations.

What I need right now is an extra set of expert hands to:
• fine-tune the application code for speed and readability,
• harden the server (Linux preferred, though there’s a Windows instance in the mix),
• tighten database calls and indexes, and
• make sure deployment from test to production happens without surprises.
