Project description:
"I’m building a complete digital platform for the medical sector that must work seamlessly across web, iOS and Android. At its core the solution will let patients search providers, reserve slots through a real-time appointment booking system, and join secure video sessions for telemedicine. A patient management dashboard has to give doctors and staff the tools to register new cases, review histories and track ongoing treatments.

Because clinical continuity is critical, the product must integrate electronic health records (EHR) so data entered anywhere—mobile or web—stays in sync. Prescription management, basic vitals tracking, and analytics that surface trends for both patients and clinicians will sit on top of that data layer. I also need UHID and ABHA integrations so users in India can link their national health identifiers effortlessly.

Here’s how I picture the main deliverables:
• Responsive website and companion mobile apps (single code-base solutions such as Flutter or React Native are welcome).
• REST / GraphQL APIs that expose booking, records and telemedicine endpoints.
• Admin panel to configure clinics, doctors, services, time slots and notifications.
• Secure user authentication and role-based access, encrypted at rest and in transit.
• Deployment scripts or CI/CD pipeline so updates roll out with minimal downtime.

Acceptance is straightforward: a patient should be able to download the app, create or link a UHID/ABHA profile, book an appointment, consult via video, receive an e-prescription, and later find that visit in their EHR timeline—all without errors.
