"We are seeking a skilled and reliable WordPress Developer/Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing a suite of company websites, ensuring they remain modern, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand standards.

A key part of this role will also involve CRM integration, ensuring seamless data flow between our websites and internal systems. You should be highly responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of swiftly implementing website changes, new features, and optimizations.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain WordPress websites with a strong focus on usability and performance.

Implement updates, new pages, and design changes swiftly and accurately.

Integrate and maintain CRM systems to ensure smooth synchronization of leads, forms, and customer data.

Customize and configure themes, plugins, and APIs as needed.

Conduct ongoing website performance checks, troubleshoot issues, and apply best practices for SEO and security.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent branding and functionality across all sites.

Stay up-to-date with WordPress, CRM, and web development best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a WordPress Developer/Designer (portfolio required).

Strong understanding of WordPress core, themes, plugins, and custom development.

Experience with CRM integration (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).

Solid knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and website optimization.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

Experience with WooCommerce or other eCommerce integrations.

Knowledge of server management, hosting, and domain setup.

Basic graphic design skills for web visuals and content layouts.
