"I’m planning to release a lightweight, completely free-to-use web proxy called “Red”. The interface has to carry a bold red-and-black palette and feel familiar out of the box: a centred search bar on the start page, slick tab strip across the top, and every tab kept neatly inside a single browser window—no extra pop-ups.

Core requirement: the proxy must bypass both Lightspeed Filter Agent and GoGuardian without breaking everyday browsing. That means rock-solid HTTPS handling, WebSocket support, and any additional cloaking techniques you normally rely on for school or enterprise filters.

Inside the settings panel I want three fully working sections—Privacy controls (cookies, local storage wipe, quick “panic” clear), Advanced filtering options (on/off toggles for the evasion layers), and simple User-interface customisation (switch between light/dark variations within the red/black scheme, adjust tab density, change default search engine). The settings page should save instantly so users don’t need to reload.

Compatibility matters: the finished build must run smoothly in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. If you’re delivering as a self-hosted Node/Express app, that’s fine; if you prefer Python Flask, Go, or even Rust, I’m open—just keep setup steps minimal and cost-free.

Deliverables
• Source code with clear README covering installation on a typical free hosting platform (e.g., Render, Vercel, Heroku free tier, Cloudflare Workers).
• Responsive front-end sporting the red/black theme, centred search bar, and single-window tab management.
• Working settings page implementing the three sections described above.
• Proof of filter evasion: short screen-capture or logs demonstrating successful access to a site normally blocked by Lightspeed and GoGuardian.

Acceptance criteria
1. Launches locally via a one-line command and deploys to a free tier host without paid add-ons.
2. Loads in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge with no UI glitches.
3. Opens multiple sites in separate tabs within one window while keeping the proxy tunnel active.
4. Settings persist across page reloads.
5. Lightspeed and GoGuardian cannot block or detect the session in the provided demo.
