"I want parents and coaches to open one app on either iOS or Android and instantly see the latest youth-football fixtures without having to copy-paste spreadsheets or trawl league sites. The app must pull match information directly from those public websites, keep it in sync, and alert everyone the moment a kick-off time or venue changes. How you grab the data—web-scraping, API calls, a hybrid approach—is completely up to you; I just need something reliable and maintainable.

Alongside the live fixture feed I’d like push notifications for any schedule change, a simple team chat area for quick updates, and a coach-only screen where post-match player ratings can be added.

I need an end-to-end delivery: design, build, test, and publish to both the App Store and Google Play under my accounts. We’ll call the project complete when two sample league sites import correctly, changes appear in the app within 15 minutes, and the notification lands on our test devices.
