"The goal is to launch a cost-effective, secure, responsive and fast real-estate website where property owners and seekers can post both offers and requirements. The platform has to operate seamlessly in English, Arabic and Chinese, with proper RTL layout for Arabic and an easy front-end language switcher.

Core user roles will be Admin, Buyer and Seller. A simple, two-step registration flow must capture at minimum the user’s name, e-mail and phone number, while leaving room for any extra fields we may decide to activate later. Once registered, Buyers and Sellers should be able to create, edit and archive listings that include property type, size, price, city, precise location and up to 10 photos per post.

Speed and security matter: pages should load quickly even on mobile, all uploads stored safely, and common attack surfaces (SQL injection, XSS, brute force) locked down. Clean, modern UI/UX, full-width responsive layouts and clear calls to action are essential.

Ready-made real-estate scripts or a proven project you have already delivered are welcome, as long as they can be customised to meet the language, role and field requirements above. Frameworks such as Laravel, Django, WordPress + RealHomes, or similar are acceptable provided the final product is easy for an Admin to manage and extend.
