"Our business needs a responsive web application that brings together two critical functions—inventory tracking and sales / invoicing—so every stakeholder can see real-time data and act on it from any device.

Core scope
The site must allow us to add, edit, and monitor stock levels while automatically updating quantities whenever a sale is recorded. In the same workflow, we want to generate professional invoices, email them to clients, and store the records for quick retrieval and basic reporting.

Role-based access
• Admin: full control over settings, users, and all data
• Manager: manage inventory, create / approve invoices, view reports
• Staff: limited inventory updates and invoice creation only

Device support
The interface should feel native on desktop, mobile, and tablet, so a modern responsive layout (Bootstrap, Tailwind, or similar) is essential.

Preferred flow & deliverables
1. Working web app with secure login and the three user roles configured.
2. Inventory module (CRUD, low-stock alerts, search / filter).
3. Sales & invoicing module (invoice number sequence, PDF/email export).
4. Dashboard with key metrics (stock on hand, sales totals, overdue invoices).
5. Documentation covering setup, environment variables, and a short user guide.
