"We are developing EyeOnPlay, a smart overhead camera system for table games (pool, snooker, chess, poker, air hockey, etc.). The ceiling-mounted camera records in 4K/60fps, and the mobile app connects directly to the camera’s Wi-Fi access point (no cloud, no venue internet required).

We need cross-platform apps (Android + iOS) with the following scope:

Core Features

Low-latency video streaming (RTSP at 4K/60fps)

Instant replay buffer (30–60 minutes always recording in the background)

One-tap clipping – save any highlight instantly, add watermark, trim, tag, and store locally

Pause/rewind/play controls with smooth scrubbing and frame-by-frame navigation

Offline-first design – works fully without internet

Dual-connection logic – phone stays online via 4G while connected to camera Wi-Fi

Sharing options – export to phone gallery or share directly (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Modes

Player Mode (default): Instant access, no login. Watch, rewind, clip.

Admin Mode (hidden): Setup workflow for first installation – name camera, set Wi-Fi password, adjust crop zones, add venue branding/logo.

Technical Requirements

Platforms: Android (10–13), iOS (14–17)

Video protocols: RTSP (H.264/H.265), <100ms latency

Storage: All clips saved locally on user’s device (no cloud dependency)

Security: Serial number + PIN for admin access

Updates: Ability to load firmware updates via app
