"I am putting together a complete, modern-minimalistic design guideline for an internal dashboard and need an experienced front-end developer who can build it from scratch in vanilla HTML, CSS and a touch of plain JavaScript—no frameworks, utility libraries or build tools.

The guideline must cover every core component the product team will rely on: navigation bars, tables, charts, forms, buttons, sheets, steppers, cards and modals. Each piece should be coded as a self-contained, reusable module with clear BEM-style class naming, CSS variables for easy theming and lightweight JS where interactivity is essential (for example, chart toggles, modal open/close and stepper transitions).

To make hand-off straightforward, I’ll need:
• A single, well-structured HTML file (or a small set if you prefer) that showcases every component in its default, hover, active and disabled states
• A neatly commented CSS stylesheet that drives the modern, minimalistic look—whitespace-forward layouts, subtle shadows, accessible colour contrast and responsive breakpoints down to 320 px
• A compact JS file implementing only the behaviour strictly required by the components
• A brief README explaining class conventions, variable usage and any helper functions

Acceptance criteria: components render consistently in the latest two versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge, remain fully responsive from mobile to desktop and meet WCAG AA colour contrast where applicable.
