Platform & approach
I’m open to your recommended CMS, though WordPress is the default starting point because of its flexibility and ease of content management for our volunteers and teams. Please outline the milestones you would follow—from discovery and wire-framing through to design, development, testing, and launch—along with the tools or plugins you favour for reliability and future scalability.

Core functionality
The finished site must include all of the following plus all functions of reference sites:
• A dynamic event calendar that allows us to post and manage fixtures, tournaments, and community sessions in real time.
• A membership registration workflow that integrates secure payment gateways and issues automated confirmations.
• A geo-enabled club finder module so visitors can locate the nearest affiliated club quickly on both desktop and mobile.

Look and feel
UI/UX should be modern, responsive, and WCAG-compliant. I want streamlined navigation, plenty of white space, prominent calls-to-action, and faster page loads than we experience now.

Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
- High-fidelity mock-ups approved by our team.
- Custom theme (or well-supported premium theme) built on the agreed CMS.
- The three core modules fully implemented and tested across modern browsers and devices.
- Content migration for existing pages and media.
- Administrator guide and one remote hand-over session so our staff can manage updates without developer assistance.
- Thirty-day post-launch support to remedy any defects.

Proposal requirements
