"Project: Car Wash Subscription Management System

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer (or development team) to build a Car Wash Subscription Management System tailored for a subscription-based car wash business. The system must be scalable, user-friendly, and able to handle subscription payments, reminders, customer management, and reporting.

Key Features Required

1. Client & Subscription Management
• Customer registration with support for multiple cars per customer.
• Unique customer ID auto-generated by the system.
• Ability to freeze/cancel subscriptions with dynamic price adjustment.
• Support for temporary extra cars or partial freezes with prorated charges.
• Add-on services (e.g., inside cleaning at AED 15 per service).

2. Payment Management
• Payments always due on the 1st of each month, regardless of contract start date.
• Super Admin dashboard shows payments due, with option to mark as Paid/Unpaid.
• Automated WhatsApp payment reminders:
• 4 days before month end.
• On the 1st of the month (due day).
• On the 4th of the month.
• On the 6th of the month.
• If still unpaid, customer moves to blacklist on the 7th.
• Prepaid handling (if customer pays early, system marks Paid and skips reminders).
• Integration of client-specific payment links (same per client, auto-fetched by system).

3. Messaging & Notifications
• WhatsApp Business API integration for automated communication.
• Interactive WhatsApp reminders with Yes/No buttons:
• Yes → marks payment as Paid.
• No → remains unpaid.
• Optional SMS notifications.
• Messaging includes registration confirmations, payment details, thank you notes, and before/after service photos.

4. Data Import & Management
• Bulk data upload via Excel/CSV using client’s existing template.
• System validates mandatory fields, formats, and duplicates before import.
• Imported data populates customers, cars, subscriptions, and payment details automatically.

5. Search, Filters & Reports
• System-wide filters (payment status, new registrations, freezes, cancellations, extras).
• Global search (customer name, car plate, subscription, payment status).
• Audit logs and activity history for accountability.
• Monthly reports for registrations, cancellations, freezes, payments, and blacklist.
