"I’m putting together an international property-lottery that will award a €330-350K home as the grand prize while directing the overflow to a charitable cause. Before any tickets can be sold, I need the Curaçao offshore entity in place—this is the immediate priority.

Where I need your expertise right now
• Navigating Curaçao’s legal landscape so the company is incorporated correctly and compliant from day one.
• Preparing and filing every licence or permit required to run a lottery in that jurisdiction, plus the supporting documentation regulators expect.

Once the structure is rock-solid, we’ll move on to developing the website, payment integration, random-draw tech and the rest of the operational stack. If those areas also fall within your skill set, that’s a bonus, but the legal groundwork comes first.

Compensation
Rather than a fixed fee I’m offering a revenue-share arrangement. The exact percentage is open for discussion; I want a structure that rewards us both for the project’s success.
