"[login to view URL] will be a full-featured language-exchange site inspired by HelloTalk, and I’d like you to take it from concept to launch. The core stack is flexible—Node.js, Python or Ruby on the server; HTML, CSS and modern JavaScript on the client; MongoDB or PostgreSQL underneath—so long as code quality, security and scalability remain front-of-mind.

Key features I expect in the first production release:
• Secure user authentication with social logins and email/password
• Customisable public profiles and a separate tutor registration flow tied to Paddle for payments, subscriptions and payouts
• Real-time chatrooms powered by WebSockets: both open group rooms and private 1-to-1 conversations
• An integrated AI language coach (OpenAI / similar) that can correct messages, suggest vocabulary and run mini-quizzes
• Light gamification: points, streaks, badges and level-ups to boost engagement
• GDPR-compliant privacy settings, end-to-end encryption for DMs and role-based access for moderators
• Multi-language support at launch: English, Spanish, Mandarin, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Turkish, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Polish and Czech
• Optional use of a premium ready-made theme that we can later override with custom components
