"I need an intel backend implemented into my assembler. It will be a lot of the basic instructions that will get encoded for now to output in intel binary. The scope table is the symbol table for the project and has new scopes. It is not index based. I created a whole new system that is unique for it. In assembler the linker should always find the _start label in universal scope then jump to a global scope label. Seedling has universal->global scope-> global block scope || local scope depending on parent-> local block scope. In the main file THere will need to be added a -b flag for intel binary output" (client-provided description)
