"I’m building a standalone Windows-based application called “Done.tank.” At this stage the concept is defined at a high level, but the detailed workflow, interface flow and data model still need to be shaped. I’d like you to take the idea from paper to a fully installable program that runs smoothly on current Windows releases.

Core scope
• Translate the functional concept into a clear architecture and technical stack (C#/.NET, WPF, WinUI or another Windows-native framework you recommend).
• Design a modern, intuitive GUI that feels completely at home on Windows.
• Implement the core features we finalise together, with clean, well-documented code.
• Package the finished build in an installer and provide full source, build scripts and brief user documentation.

Acceptance criteria
1. The executable installs and starts without manual dependencies on Windows 10/11.
2. All agreed features operate reliably, with no critical or repeatable bugs.
3. Source compiles in one step on a clean machine using the instructions you supply.
4. Code is readable and follows standard styling conventions for the chosen language.
