"This is for a mobile fueling service. A user will sign up and be limited to 2 vehicles with the account (based on license plate #). Ideally, I want the user to be able to enter their vehicle, enter service address, contact info, and then need to enter payment info to hold the appointment (credit card). The appointments will be booked in time windows (ex. 2 hour time windows). I want the ability to limit the number of booking per timeslot as well.

When the users sign up, they will have the option to select a subscription (1 option), or choose to pay per use. If they are not subscribed, prompt them to select a subscription or continue paying per use each time they login.

This site needs to integrate seamlessly with a payment processor. A card will be mandatory to hold the appointment, and then actual amount billed will be set after the appointment based on the amount of fuel dispensed (gallons determines the final charged amount after fueling is complete). It needs to include the option for the invoice to have a picture to show how much fuel was dispensed as proof.

I will also need an admin portal so that I can track all things important as the owner managing the business, from subscriptions, client list, upcoming appointments, incoming payments, etc.

Here is a breakdown of the subscription vs. pay per use:

The subscription will be $39.99/month and this will allow customers to request an unlimited amount of services for their 2 vehicles. When they receive a service, the fuel amount is still charged based on amount of fuel dispensed, and the service fee is $0 (because it is covered by the subscription price of $40). The other option is "Pay-per-use". This means a customer is not tied to a monthly subscription, but they pay a $9.99 service fee for each service, plus for the fuel amount dispensed
