"I have a Java programming assignment that boils down to one clear goal: write a reliable CSV parser that only needs to read data. No writing, no transformations––just accurate extraction of every field exactly as the file presents it. The finished code will run through an autograder, so passing every hidden and public test is the ultimate measure of success.

What I will give you once we start is the expected class name(s), method signatures, and the test harness my autograder relies on. The parser must therefore:

• Compile cleanly with standard Java 8+ (no external CSV libraries).
• Correctly handle commas, quoted fields, escaped quotes, and line breaks inside quoted values.
• Stream large files sensibly so a few hundred thousand rows won’t blow up memory.

Deliverables
1. Source code in a self-contained Maven, Gradle, or plain-folder project.
2. A short README with compile/run commands.
