"I need a mobile application that ties each of our physical goods to an NFC tag and stores every change of ownership on a public-facing blockchain for an immutable audit trail.

Core flow
• An item is paired with a fresh NFC tag.
• The app writes a unique ID to the tag and immediately commits the first ownership record to the chain.
• Each subsequent scan lets me hand over ownership or simply view the full provenance history already on-chain.

Key features
• NFC read/write support on modern Android devices (iOS optional but welcome).
• Smart-contract layer that keeps only the minimal data necessary on chain while allowing off-chain metadata expansion later.
• Simple UI: register item, transfer ownership, view historical owners.
• Web3 wallet or in-app key management so users can sign transfers with a tap.

Deliverables
1. Source code for the mobile client (React Native or native Kotlin/Swift are both acceptable).
2. Audited smart contract and deployment script (Ethereum or Polygon preferred, but I’m open to your recommendation).
3. README with build steps, contract address, and a short video or screenshots that show tag registration and an ownership hand-off in action.

Acceptance criteria
✔ NFC tag can be scanned and matched to an on-chain record in <2 s.
✔ Ownership transfer emits an event visible on a public block explorer.
✔ No duplicate ownership records for the same timestamp and item.
