Description:
We are looking for a developer or team to create an Android-only MVP of our escrow-based payment app called SecuredPay. This app is designed for service providers and clients to securely handle payments using an escrow system, with a strong emphasis on a chat-centric interface.

Key Features:

Escrow Transactions:
Hold funds until services or products are delivered, then release payments.
[User Wallet System – Available Balance & Escrow Balance.
Transaction Flow – Create transaction, request payment, release payment, raise dispute.]


Chat-Centric Design:
All interactions—creating transactions, handling disputes, and communication—will happen through the in-app chat.
[Dispute Management – Raise dispute, upload evidence (photo/video), assign to mediator, partial/full refund options.]

Unified ID:
Users will have a unique ID generated from their basic details, making transactions simple and secure without exposing personal UPI info.

Referral and Agent System:
Users can invite others and earn commissions based on the transactions of those they refer.

Admin Panel : For managing users, disputes, escrow fund releases.

Integration : Connect with Payment Gateway (Paytm/UPI/Razorpay) for real fund handling.


MVP Timeline: We need the MVP completed within three to  four weeks.

UI/UX Reference: We have a basic UI/UX design ready that will be provided as a foundation. We’d like you to use this as a starting point and creatively enhance it during development.

Requirements:
Android development only (no iOS).
Full end-to-end development (frontend, backend, database, APIs).
Mobile app + Admin dashboard.
Clean & user-friendly UI/UX.
Experience with payment or fintech apps is a plus.
Ability to complete the MVP within the specified timeline.
