"1. Multi-Step Form (with Page Breaks)

Build a multi-step form using page breaks (wizard-style interface).

Smooth navigation between steps (AJAX preferred or without full page reload).

This will be used for one of the registration forms (e.g., applicant or general user registration).

Must be responsive and user-friendly.

2. Partner Registration Form

A single-page form (not multi-step).

Custom fields (I’ll provide the list of required fields).

Basic validation and clean design.

Submits data to PostgreSQL (not stored in default WordPress tables).

3. Vendor Registration Form

Another single-page form with a different set of fields.

Validation and responsive layout.

Submits data to PostgreSQL.

4. Internal Dashboard (for Admin Use)

Accessible only to logged-in admin users.

Displays submitted data from all three forms.

Sort by column

CSV export (optional but preferred)
