"Our software development squad needs a seasoned technical program manager to keep two-week Scrum cycles running smoothly and visibly. The assignment centres on three pillars: maintaining a healthy, prioritised Jira backlog; guiding the team through each ceremony (planning, stand-up, review, retrospective); and turning every sprint’s results into crisp stakeholder reports that highlight velocity, burndown and release readiness.

Close collaboration with the tech lead and product owner is essential. You will translate product goals into actionable user stories, forecast capacity, surface risks early and demo progress to leadership at the end of every sprint.
